We deliver within Australia or internationally to USA and United Kingdom. All deliveries will be made by Australia Post.
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
We are more than happy to include special delivery instructions you provide. We do not take responsibility for lost/stolen or damaged items in transit. However, if you receive an item/s which is damaged or you do not receive your order within the recommended time stated on our website please contact as at and we will do our best to rectify any issues.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected depending on location within Australia. For most locations this is usually 3-5 business days. For international orders the normal expected time is 5-7 business days. However, please understand due to Covid-19 there are long shipping delays.
IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery. Please keep any damaged items in original condition as proof of damage will be required to rectify.
All prices on our website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
